Way of Fitness is a one-person coaching practice. This page describes what is collected, why, and what you can ask to have removed.
What is collected
When you start the assessment. Your answers to the questions, kept as broad categories rather than anything you type, together with the email address and password you choose for your account. The password is stored only as a salted hash and cannot be read back.
When you buy the audit. Your email address and the billing details needed to take the payment. Card numbers are never seen or stored by this site — payment is handled entirely by a PCI DSS Level 1 payment processor, and only a transaction reference and your email come back.
When you take the audit. The level and score you record each day, any note you add, and your answers to the four review questions on day seven. These are tied to your account so you can see them again and correct them.
When you email. Whatever you choose to put in the message, including any training history or audit scores you send. That correspondence is kept while you are a client and for as long as tax records require afterwards.
When you visit. Standard server request logs held by the hosting provider, including IP address and user agent, retained on a short rolling window for security and abuse prevention. There is no advertising pixel, no behavioural tracking, and no analytics profile built against you.
Emails you receive
If you buy, you receive the seven daily emails and the day-seven review. If you create an account and do not buy, you receive up to three follow-up emails over the following week; each one tells you how to stop them, and they stop on their own the moment you buy. On day seven, your results are emailed to the coach only if you tick the box asking to talk.
What is not collected
No cookies are set for tracking. The assessment keeps your place in your own browser’s storage and nowhere else. There is no third-party advertising network on this site, and your email is never sold, rented or shared with a data broker.
Why it is held
To run the assessment and deliver the audit you paid for, to answer your message, to meet accounting obligations, and to keep the site from being abused. Nothing else.
Who it is shared with
A small number of processors handle payments, email delivery and hosting. Each is bound by contract to process data only on instruction. Named processors are disclosed in the data processing agreement, available on request from the address below.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address below and it will be actioned within thirty days. Deleting records that tax law requires be retained is the one exception, and you will be told if that applies.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and information is not knowingly collected from them.
