What you are buying
The 7-Day Strength Audit is a seven-day, self-administered set of six strength and mobility tests, delivered by email. Starting on the date you choose, you receive one email each morning with that day’s test and a private link to record your result. On the seventh day you receive a review in place of a test. It is not a subscription, nothing recurs, and there is nothing to cancel.
Your account
To take the audit you create an account with your email address and a password. The daily emails and your results are tied to that account. Keep the password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with it. You can ask for the account and everything recorded against it to be deleted at any time by writing to the address below.
Payment
The audit is a one-time purchase of $9. Because it is a digital product whose delivery begins on your chosen start date, sales are final. It is not a subscription, nothing recurs, and there is nothing to cancel.
If something goes wrong on our side — a daily email does not arrive, a link does not work, you are charged twice — write to irvin@wayoffitness.net and it will be put right.
This is not medical advice
Way of Fitness is a coaching practice, not a medical provider. The audit is a set of physical tests. It does not diagnose, treat or cure anything. If you have a medical condition, a recent injury, are pregnant, or are unsure whether these tests are appropriate for you, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before starting. Every test tells you to stop when you can no longer keep the required form, and to stop on sharp pain. Follow that instruction.
You take part at your own risk and remain responsible for judging what is safe for your own body on the day.
Coaching
Coaching is arranged separately after a conversation. Its terms, price and schedule are agreed in writing before it starts, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer of coaching or a guaranteed result.
Your copy is yours
Buying the audit gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. Redistributing, reselling or republishing it is not permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
